Animation Portfolio Room Drawings

A huge part of the animation portfolio is the room drawing.  The room drawing is an opportunity to show the animation school that you're applying to that you have a working knowledge of 2 point perpective.  For some schools, it also is a chance to pose a character within an environment.  In addition to the use of horizon-line and vanishing points, a useful idea for organizing the space within your room drawing can be the use of "levels" or "layers" within the drawing -  identifying fore-ground, mid-ground and back-ground.  Thanks to former APW students C. Schvepper, Shen Howe Lee, Gibson Gervais, Aaron Hong, Xiaoyu Wang, Myke Bakich, Les Chan, Elsie Zheng and Ken Wong. animation portfolio workshop, room drawing, caroline schwepperanimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, caroline schwepperanimation portflio workshop, life drawing, shen-howe leeanimation portflio workshop, life drawing, shen-howe leeanimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, gibson gervaisanimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, aaron honganimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, aaron honganimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, xiaoyu wanganimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, myke bakichanimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, myke bakichanimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, les chananimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, elsie zhenganimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, elsie zhenganimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, ken wonganimation portfolio workshop, room drawing, ken wong
